A task is one unit of agent work (resolve_ticket, generate_report). Each task can have multiple LLM calls and tool calls. Only tasks count against your plan.
No. Only tasks count against your plan. Events (LLM calls, API calls) within tasks are unlimited.
Free tier: new events stop being recorded until the next period or you upgrade. Paid tiers: we keep tracking and bill overage at $5 per 10,000 extra tasks at the end of your billing cycle. Your agents are never interrupted.
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% (two months free) on Pro and Growth plans. You can switch between monthly and annual any time from your dashboard; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Plans are displayed in USD. Customers outside India are charged in USD. Customers with an Indian billing address are charged in INR at the prevailing exchange rate, plus 18% GST as required by Indian tax law. Your invoice itemizes the currency, exchange rate, and GST.
First-time customers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge — no questions asked. After 14 days, paid subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay), UPI (for Indian customers), and international bank transfers including ACH (US), SEPA (Eurozone), CHAPS (UK), SWIFT, Trustly, GiroPay, and SofortPay. Subscription billing is recurring; invoices are issued in your dashboard.
