Shipping Policy
1. Digital Products and Services
Dexwox Innovations Private Limited (“Dexcost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital products and digital services exclusively. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or deliver any physical goods. As such, there is no physical shipping involved in any of our offerings.
All products and services delivered by Dexcost are electronic in nature, including open-source software development kits (SDKs) for Python, TypeScript, Go, and Rust; API access; cloud-hosted analytics dashboards; webhook integrations; and documentation. Upon successful subscription activation, all deliverables are accessible through digital channels as described in Section 3 below.
Dexcost is available to customers globally, subject to applicable laws and export controls. We do not currently restrict access based on geography for self-serve plans.
2. Service Activation Timeline
When you subscribe to a Dexcost plan — Free, Pro, Growth, or Enterprise — your access to the Services is typically activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation (for paid tiers) or upon completion of registration (for the Free tier).
In rare cases, activation may take up to 24 hours if additional verification is required for fraud prevention or payment processing delays. Enterprise plans require contract execution before activation; timelines are agreed in your individual Order Form or Master Services Agreement. If your activation is delayed beyond 24 hours, our support team will proactively contact you with an updated timeline.
3. Access Methods
Once your account is activated, you can access Dexcost digital services through the following channels:
- Web Dashboard: app.dexcost.io — Your primary interface for viewing analytics, managing budgets, configuring alerts, and monitoring agent unit economics.
- Package Managers: Where available, you can install our open-source SDKs directly via npm (TypeScript), pip (Python), Go modules (Go), and crates.io (Rust). SDK availability and release status are listed at docs.dexcost.io.
- API Endpoints: api.dexcost.io — programmatic access for ingesting cost events, querying data, and managing integrations.
- Documentation: docs.dexcost.io — technical documentation, integration guides, and API reference materials.
4. No Physical Shipping
Because Dexcost delivers only digital products and services, we do not offer any form of physical shipping. There are no shipping fees, delivery addresses, tracking numbers, or customs declarations associated with our offerings.
If you require a physical invoice, statement of work, or enterprise agreement for your records, these can be provided in PDF format via email upon request to billing@dexcost.io.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Upon activation, you will receive a welcome email confirming your subscription and providing links to all access methods. For enterprise customers, a dedicated onboarding specialist will coordinate a kickoff call to ensure smooth deployment.
Enterprise activation timelines are coordinated with your dedicated onboarding specialist as part of the kickoff process and may include sandbox provisioning, SSO configuration, and integration testing before production access.
